With over a decade of experience, we've perfected our craft and streamlined our pricing for the most common handyman services. Our transparent pricing structure benefits both you and us, ensuring clarity and convenience in every project.

Pricing Details:

Hourly Rate:

Our standard hourly rate for miscellaneous services is $100.00, with a minimum charge of $100, covering the first hour of service. Even if a job takes only 15-30 minutes and no additional projects are pending, the charge remains $100.00. To optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, we recommend bundling multiple projects into a single appointment.

Materials Procurement:

Certain larger jobs may require sourcing specific materials, like lumber for fence repairs, drywall for patching, or concrete mix for porch repairs. In such cases, we add a nominal fee of $25.00 per hour for material procurement, as well as 65 cents per mile for travel expenses. This transparent pricing approach ensures clarity and fairness in calculating material delivery costs.
